Sapna Chaudhary was born on 25 September 1990 in a middle-class family in Rohtak, Haryana. Sapna's father hails from Uttar Pradesh and her mother Neelam Chaudhary is from Haryana. His parents had married. Apart from him, he also has two younger siblings in the family.
